Access to your details such as statements or account information is easy with NAB Internet Banking and NAB Phone Banking at your fingertips. Or you can call at any branch. If you don’t have phone or Internet banking, call 13 22 65 to register.
Repayment holiday
NAB home loans are very flexible. Your life can change. Kids may arrive and you may need to manage your financial commitments in line with your lifestyle.
You can take repayment holidays. This means that if you’re ahead in your scheduled repayments, you may be able to take a break from those repayments and give yourself room to adjust your finances. Your home loan contact can help you arrange it.
Think about accessing some extra funds - redraw or line of credit
When your loan is on a variable rate, you could redraw extra money that you’ve paid into your home loan. You can redraw through NAB Phone Banking and NAB Internet Banking.
A line of credit is another option. This is conveniently arranged by applying for a NAB FlexiPlus Mortgage, which provides a credit limit (approved loan limit) that you access through a transaction account as and when you need it. And you only pay interest on the money you use.
Switching to fixed or
variable rate
You could be looking for the certainty of a fixed rate loan, or the flexibility of a variable rate loan. Your NAB home loan contact can explain your options and help you change all or part of your loan to a fixed or variable rate (please note a switching fee may apply).
