NAB Telephone Banking is an automated service which is convenient and easy to use.

For most NAB accounts, with a NAB ID and Telephone Banking password you can;

  • Generally access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*. So you can do your banking at a time that suits you;
  • Check your account balances and transaction history;
  • Transfer funds between your linked accounts, including credit cards;
  • Pay your bills via BPAY® and much more.

  • Should you have any problems navigating through the Telephone Banking system press 0 for help or press Option 4 to use the Telephone Banking demonstration menu.
  • For your convenience your balances are now voiced when completing a funds transfer.
