As part of our continued commitment to developing our products and services, NAB conducts research to determine customer satisfaction levels with their use of Internet Banking.

One of the best ways to improve the service is to gather feedback from our customers. NAB engages a number of market research companies including ACNielson Consult to gather feedback information and data.

Currently a random survey may appear as a pop-up when you logout from Internet Banking. The survey contains 7 questions that should take less than 5 minutes to complete. The results of the survey assist us to improve our offering to you.

The survey is optional and if you choose to take part, a permanent cookie will be placed on your computer to ensure that the survey doesn't pop up again.
