Managing your Internet Banking preferences & personal details

You can tailor NAB Internet Banking to suit your needs through the NAB Internet Banking my settings service. Within this, you can:

  • manage your NAB Portfolio Facility (you have access to this service if you have a National Portfolio Facility)
  • change your Internet Banking Password
  • lock your Internet Banking Password
  • choose which of your NAB accounts you have access to through NAB Internet Banking
  • change the nicknames assigned to your accounts (as required)
  • change the email address used for BPAY View facility
  • change your contact details (if you are registered for SMS security)
  • set the transaction history default period, ie. the number of days worth of transactions you wish to view for each of your accounts
  • set the number of transactions per page of transaction history, ie. the number of transactions you wish to see for each page of transaction history you view on the Transaction history screen
  • change the transaction account into which transfers from credit cards to any financial institution in Australia are deposited if rejected by the financial institution.
