How to get your salary paid into your new NAB smart everyday bank account

Paying your salary or any other regular deposits into your NAB smart everyday account helps make your day-to-day banking convenient and easy to manage. You will be able to make your regular payments to and from this one account to meet your day to day banking needs.  Plus you can avoid paying the monthly account service fee!

What information you'll need

It’s a good idea to have your NAB everyday bank account details on hand including your account name, six digit BSB and nine digit account number.

How to - step by step
  1. Complete the Salary transfer request form 
  2. Give this completed form to your employer's Payroll Department for processing
  3. Remember to switch any automatic payments you've previously arranged to go into, or come out of, your new NAB smart everyday account,
  4. Transfer any additional funds from your old account and close the old account.  Find out how to here
