To be eligible you must:

Hold a current Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or Veteran Affairs Card

If applicable, you will be required to direct your Centrelink payments (which you may be entitled to as part of your concessionary benefits) into your account
