Checklist: What do I need to know before swapping?
Your NAB smart everyday account includes a NAB Visa Debit card as you re swapping online
All your existing NAB account arrangements will remain the same, including your BSB, account details, credit card/debit card access and any existing direct debit or credits
You'll need your existing:
BSB and account details
NAB ID (it s on the back of your card above the magnetic strip)
If you have more than one account or a joint account, call us on 13 22 65
Online applications are protected by encryption so your details stay safe
What happens after I submit my swap application online?
You'll receive an automatic confirmation email
Check the mail within 5-7 working days for confirmation of your account swap and other information you should know
Your NAB Visa Debit card will also arrive separately within 5-7 working days and your PIN will arrive 3 days later for security purposes
You can swap by calling us on 13 22 65, 8am to 8pm EST, 7 days a week, or drop into any NAB branch. Hearing impaired customers with telephone typewriters can contact us on 13 36 77.
