Step 2: You need to know what your NAB Identification Number is.

Personal Customers

Your NAB ID is located on the back of your National FlexiCard or NAB Credit Card.

If you have access to Telephone Banking, you are ready to go, as your Telephone Banking and Internet Banking User Numbers are the same. This user number is called your NAB Identification Number, or NAB ID for short.

Business Customers

Contact your banker or visit a NAB outlet. You will need to complete an application form and may need to provide suitable identification such as a driver's licence and Utility Bill. You will be given a NAB ID and Password for your business "on the spot".
