You need at least one acceptable NAB account

Acceptable accounts include Smart everyday banking accounts, Credit Cards, Home & Personal Loans, Business Cheque Account, Business Cash Maximiser, FlexiAccount, FlexiDirect Accounts and selected others. Please call 1300 651 656 for a complete list of accounts.

You need to know your NAB identification number

Personal Customer's NAB ID is located on the back of your NAB FlexiCard or NAB Credit Card. Show me Business Customers can obtain a NAB ID & password from their banker or outlet.

You will require an SMS Security authorisation code or a current NAB Telephone Banking Password to access NAB Internet Banking

If you have already registered for SMS Security, you will be sent a one-time authorisation code via SMS to your registered mobile phone. This code is required to register for NAB Internet Banking. If you have not already registered for SMS Security you will need a current NAB Telephone Banking password. You must have logged into NAB Telephone Banking using your NAB ID & temporary password and created a new password.
