Viewing your statement and account details
Accessing your details such as statements or account information is easy with NAB Internet Banking1. You can:
Access your loan account balance
Get detailed repayment history
Your current interest rate
Your next repayment date and amount due
Your scheduled loan end date and balance
Your loan account number
You can also access this information using NAB Telephone Banking1. Or you can call at any branch. If you don't have phone or Internet Banking1, call 13 22 65 to register.
Making repayments on your personal loan
At NAB, we've made it easy and convenient to make your repayments. Transfer funds from linked NAB accounts using:

Redraw - access extra funds you've repaid
On your unsecured variable rate NAB Personal Loan you can access extra funds you've repaid. The minimum redraw amount is $500.00; the maximum redraw amount is $15,000.00.
You can redraw via NAB Internet Banking, Telephone Banking or in a branch with no redraw fee applicable (standard NAB Internet Banking or Telephone Banking fees for transfers between accounts will apply).
If your NAB Personal Loan is held jointly, you and all account holders can download and sign the Personal Loans Redraw Authority Form and return it to us by fax, mail or at any branch.

How to report an unauthorised transaction on your Personal Project Loan
To report an unauthorised or unknown purchase transaction on your NAB Personal Project Loan account, you are required to complete a Personal Project Loan Purchases Disputed Transaction Advice form that can be downloaded and printed to submit your transaction enquiry.
When you have completed this form, please fax it to (03) 9208 5666, or mail it to:
You can get a closing balance on your Personal Loan simply by calling 13 22 65, or on your Personal Project Loan by calling 1300 650 456.
Once you make a payment that brings your loan account balance to zero, you simply need to visit your local NAB branch, where we will close your loan account.
