Using NAB Telephone Banking is easy! To begin using Telephone Banking, simply follow this step-by-step guide and start your banking NOW!
1. You need to be a NAB customer, with at least one suitable transaction account.
Suitable transaction accounts include any one or more of the following: a NAB FlexiAccount, FlexiDirect, SmartDirect, SmartAccess, FlexiPlus Mortgage, Credit Card, Home Loan, Personal Loan, NAB Business Cheque Account, Business Management Account, etc.
2. You need to have a NAB ID (located on the back of your credit card or debit card)
For Personal Customers:
If you don't have a NAB ID, or are unsure if you do, simply contact a Customer Service Representative on 13 BANK (13 22 65) Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST or visit any NAB outlet. You will be given your NAB ID “on the spot”.
For Business Customers:
Contact your Business Banker or visit any NAB outlet. You will need to complete an application form and may need to provide suitable identification such as a driver's licence and Utility Bill. You will be given a NAB ID for your business “on the spot”.
3. You need to have the right equipment
NAB Telephone Banking is available from any touch tone handset.
4. You need to have a Telephone Banking Password
Call 13 BANK (13 22 65) Monday-Friday 8am-8pm AEST. Our friendly staff are available to register you with a Telephone banking password and answer any questions you may have. You can also visit our Features page for a guide to the service.
