What is Velocity?
Velocity is a loyalty program partnered by Virgin Blue Airlines.1 Velocity Membership allows you to earn Velocity Points every time you fly with Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue, Polynesian Blue, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates and other Program Partners. How do I join the Velocity Program?
You can join the Velocity Program online at Velocity Rewards. To start earning Velocity Points on your everyday purchases2, successfully apply for a Velocity NAB Credit Card and let us know your Velocity Membership Number.
How much does it cost?
Velocity is free if you join online.3 There is an annual card fee of $150 for the Velocity NAB Gold Card and $65 for the Velocity NAB Standard Card4.
Earning
How do I earn Velocity Points with my Velocity NAB Credit Card?
You can earn Velocity Points simply by spending on eligible purchases2. Each Velocity NAB card account has 2 cards: a Velocity NAB American Express® Card and a Velocity NAB Visa card, each with different earning rates:

How many Velocity Points can I earn?
With no Velocity Points capping, there's no limit to the number of Velocity Points you can earn.
How can I check my Velocity Points balance?
Log in to the members' area at Velocity Rewards and you can view your Velocity Points balance and statement of activities. Your Velocity Points balance will automatically display at the top right of the screen. To view your statement of activities, click on 'Your Activity'.
How long are my Velocity Points valid?
Your Velocity Points do not expire as long as your Velocity Rewards Account remains active7.

What sort of rewards can I get?
You can use your Velocity Points to book any available seat with any of the Velocity Partner Airlines5, as well as a range of other rewards. To access a full list of rewards, flight destinations and Program Partners visit Velocity Rewards.
Where can I browse my reward options?
Browse the Velocity Online Shop or go to Velocity Rewards to find out the exciting range of rewards on offer.
Redeeming
How do I redeem my Velocity Points?
Once we have your valid Velocity Membership Number, any Velocity Points you earn are automatically credited to your Velocity Rewards Account each month6, where you can redeem them for Velocity Rewards. Go to Velocity Rewards for information on redeeming your points.
What if I don't have enough Velocity Points to redeem a reward?
If you're redeeming merchandise through the Velocity Online Shop, you can combine cash and Velocity Points to purchase a reward. For other redemptions, you'll need to use your Velocity Points. Payment of fees, taxes and surcharges (eg for flights) though can't be paid with Velocity Points.
