Special Promotion Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions, available on application, detail the processing and treatment of balance transfer amounts. The cash advance interest rate applicable to your NAB Credit Card Account will apply to balance transfer amounts unpaid after 6 months. For NAB Low Rate Visa Cardholders, please note the cash advance interest rate applicable to your NAB Credit Card Account is higher than the purchase interest rate. The promotional rate of 0%p.a. for up to six months on balance transfer amounts must be applied for at the point of full credit card application.

1. You must notify NAB of your valid Velocity Membership Number. Excludes cash advances (including bills paid over the counter at a bank, financial institution or post office and purchases of travellers cheques) or when a Velocity NAB Credit Card is used as a debit card to access linked accounts or transactions we decide are wholly or partly for a business purpose. Also excludes fees and charges (including government fees and charges), interest charges, transactions which are disputed, fraudulent or involve abuse of your Velocity NAB Credit Card account, payments, and purchases which are refunded or reimbursed.

3. Velocity Points do not expire as long as your Velocity Rewards Account remains active.
4. Balance Transfer: This Special Promotion rate of 3.99% p.a. for Velocity NAB Credit Cards will apply to any balance transfer amount for the period from the time the balance transfer is made to your NAB Credit Card account for six complete monthly statement periods, unless these amounts are paid off earlier. These balance transfer amounts are designated as cash advances under the terms and conditions applicable to your NAB credit card account. If at the end of the six month statement period applicable to any balance transfer amount any portion of that amount is owing, that amount will attract interest at the Cash Advance Indicator Rate then applicable to your NAB Credit Card account. Payments to your account will be applied to the balance transfer amounts before any other cash advance or purchase amounts and in the order detailed the terms and conditions applicable to your NAB credit card account. Please note the promotional rate for up to six months on balance transfer amounts must be applied for at the point of full credit card application. This rate will appear separately on your card statement and only applies to balance transfers from non-NAB credit card (or store) accounts. NAB reserves the right to withdraw this special balance transfer invitation at its discretion.. 
5. Additional cardholder must be 16 years of age or older. All transactions using the additional cards will be the responsibility of the primary cardholder.
6. Velocity Membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to Velocity Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, and available online at velocityrewards.com.au. The Velocity Program is operated by Velocity Rewards Pty Ltd ACN 116 089 448 as trustee of the Loyalty Trust.  Please note: NAB requires your valid Velocity Membership Number so that any points you earn are automatically credited to your Velocity Rewards Account each month, within 2 business days following the issue of your next credit card statement.
7. Velocity Air Rewards exclude taxes, fees and surcharges payable at the time of making a redemption booking.
8. Excludes cash advances (including bills paid over the counter at a bank, financial institution or post office and for the purchase of travellers cheques). Up to 44 days interest-free on purchases if you pay your account in full by the due date each month. 
9. These added travel benefits are provided by Visa International for Velocity NAB Visa Cards and International SOS for Velocity NAB American Express Cards. Neither National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 nor any other company in the National Australia Bank Group guarantees or accepts liability in respect to Visa Global Customer Assistance Services or American Express Emergency Travel Assist services.
10. Access to linked accounts via a Velocity NAB American Express Cards at NAB ATMs and selected non-NAB ATMs. For more information call 13 22 65. Velocity NAB American Express Cards cannot access linked accounts using EFTPOS.
