Other	You will be required to provide details of any previous accidents, thefts or claims for you or a regular driver. We also require details for all regular drivers regarding any driving related convictions, licence cancellation or suspension and traffic offences. However, due to the National Privacy Principles, we must obtain this information directly from the person concerned or you must have their express consent to supply it.
